Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns/Refunds: We accept returns on hair extensions from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on , used products or hair products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
How to Return Hair Extensions
Contact our customer service team at hairtrunkinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
After receiving a return authorization, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and return them to us within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong product sent or product is damaged).
