Our Virgin Hair range undergoes chemical processing to achieve its finished texture and appearance. For this reason, we recommend handling the hair gently when it arrives and avoiding unnecessary washing before installation.
If the hair is clean and there is no need to wash it, you may proceed with installation. If washing is necessary, use a gentle, suitable shampoo (Tresemme) and conditioner and follow the recommended aftercare instructions.
Shedding, Tangling & Maintenance
As with all human hair, some shedding may occur. Tangling can also develop over time, particularly if the hair is not maintained correctly. Gentle detangling, regular conditioning, suitable products and careful handling are important to help maintain the hair’s condition.
