RETURN POLICY

At Hair Trunk we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

We can accommodate return within 14 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If you want to return, please contact us to initiate your return at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after returns.

REPLACEMENTS

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you! If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 15 business days of receipt of the merchandise. We will address the quality issue at once. A customer service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of all of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the Hair Trunk. If Hair Trunk verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way,Hair will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Hair Trunk will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If Hair Trunk does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way.  

 

Important Notice: Virgin Hair vs Raw Hair

 

Please understand the difference between virgin hair and raw hair before making your purchase.

 

Virgin hair and raw hair are two different quality categories, with differences in texture, longevity, maintenance requirements and price.

 

Virgin Hair: Our virgin hair is a more affordable option and may be more prone to tangling and shedding than raw hair. It requires proper maintenance and regular care to maintain its condition. Customers purchasing virgin hair should understand that it may not offer the same longevity as premium raw hair.

 

Raw Vietnamese Hair: If you are looking for a premium hair option designed for greater longevity, we recommend increasing your budget and investing in our raw Vietnamese hair. With proper care and maintenance, raw Vietnamese hair can last significantly longer than virgin hair.

 

Please choose your hair based on your budget, expectations and willingness to maintain it. If your priority is long-term wear, raw Vietnamese hair is our recommended option.

 

By purchasing from Hair Trunk, you acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting the hair type that best suits your needs and understanding its individual care requirements.

 

Refund Policy

 

Our standard return policy applies to all eligible purchases. Hair that has been installed, worn, washed, altered or otherwise used may not qualify for a return under our standard change-of-mind policy. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by applicable law.
