Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Returns/Refunds: We accept returns on hair extensions from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on , used products or hair products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
How to Return Hair Extensions
- Contact our customer service team at hairtrunkinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- After receiving a return authorization, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and return them to us within 7 days.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong product sent or product is damaged).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If your return is denied, we will notify you and provide the reason.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange your item for a different product, please return the original item (unused, unwashed or altered).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your hair extensions arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund once the item has been returned to us.
